Materials for repair and maintenance obtained from SSE/JE through requisitions
Released materials must be returned to SSE/JE stores without delay
Other artisan staff / helpers must NOT do adjustments on Telecom equipment except under personal supervision of TM
SSE (Tele) is responsible for efficient maintenance of stores and establishment matters
📒 Registers to be Maintained
Attendance register (TM marks own attendance + staff under him every morning)
Failure record register
Register of extra hours of work (overtime)
Registers at all Telecom installations: Stations, Exchanges, PA systems, UTS/PRS, FOIS, OFC huts, LC gates, MW stations, VF repeaters
Warranty/AMC details in registers
Cable route markers must be available at every 50 metres in the cable route — for both Quad cable and OFC routes.
